A new lender is created automatically β name, banker email, phone, and profile are extracted and saved
After the drop, the new lender's card opens so you can fine-tune the name and details. Replace or delete a one-pager anytime via each bank's Edit button.

Active time = span between login and last action in each session. Sessions with no activity gaps count fully; long idle periods before signing out are included until the last click.
My end-of-day report
Due by 5:00 PM ET every workday. Your report goes to management in the nightly digest. You can update it any time before end of day.

Mandatory forms required on every deal. Open a form, fill it in, and print / save as PDF. Clients can also download blank copies directly from their secure upload link.
